Come play the 18th century way! Educators from Clermont State Historic Site as they teach families how to play three popular games from the 1700s. Test your agility and gracefulness with Graces, dodge whoever is “It” in Blind Man’s Bluff, and stump your friends with Pass the Slipper. These beloved games were favorites among New York’s youth over 250 years ago and we think you’ll enjoy them too! Recommended for families with children 5 and up. Presented in partnership with the Sports Museum of Dutchess County and the NYS Office of Parks, Recreation, and Historic Preservation. All participants must sign a safety waiver. All children's waivers must be signed by their parent or guardian before participating. Waivers will be available to fill out at check-in. Registration required.
