On the Big Screen: Phantom of the Opera

Lon Chaney stars in the title role of the deformed Phantom who haunts the Paris Opera House, causing murder and mayhem in an attempt to make the woman he loves a star. Juan Cardona, Jr. will again play the score for this silent masterpiece on the Bardavon Mighty Wurlitzer Organ, with the support fo the New York Theatre Organ Society. The free tickets will be available starting on October 1 at all Library District locations.
