CARES Van

The CARES (Constituent Advocacy Resources Empowerment Services) Van is a constituent service initiative from the office of Representative Pat Ryan that brings federal assistance directly to residents throughout NY-18. Staff will be available in the lobby at Adriance to answer constituent questions and help people with Social Security, veterans’ benefits, IRS issues, flood recovery, and more.
