Willie Needham, from the Pawling Coffee Roaster, will show you how you can roast your own coffee at home using basic materials and equipment. Enjoy a specialty coffee only available at the event, along with a selection of other coffees. Willie Needham is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America and is a second generation coffee roaster and coffee shop owner. Registration required.
