Calling all turophiles! An arrangement of cheese can be found at most gatherings, but what exactly makes them different from one another? We will cover the four most common cheeses you may encounter, including bloomy rinds, cheddar, alpine, and grana-style cheeses. Enjoy a selection of cheeses, accompaniments, and encourage open discussion. 

Sarah O’Connell is a cheesemonger and educator dedicated to sharing what the world of cheese has to offer in an approachable and community-oriented way. Their goal is to inspire and motivate others to ask questions, explore new tastes, and enjoy something new. Registration required.
