Deirdre Cornell, who has studied theology and Mariology, talks about the history of the story of the apparitions of the Virgin of Guadalupe on Tepeyac Hill. The talk is based on the Nican Mopohua, a document written by Antonio Valeriano in 1556, who heard it from Juan Diego Cuauhtlatoatzin himself. The presentation is in English only. Registration required.
