Meet more than 100 children’s and young adult authors, illustrators, and book characters; shop for books; play with The Art Effect and view the Mid-Hudson Discovery Museum presentations! 

Thanks to the Friends of Poughkeepsie Public Library District, visitors to the book festival aged 17 or younger will receive one free book voucher valued at $15 (some restrictions may apply). 

Assisting PPLD with this event are the Friends of Poughkeepsie Public Library, The Art Effect, Dutchess Community College, the Mid-Hudson Discovery Museum, Merritt Bookstore, and Highway Displays. 

This is a free family event; no registration is required.
