Join Historian Shannon Butler as we visit with some of the most fascinating characters in local history, from businessmen and doctors, to artists and musicians. As we make our way through the property, we'll discuss the creation of the cemetery itself. This program is made possible through the partnership between the Poughkeepsie Public Library District and the Poughkeepsie Rural Cemetery. This will be an outdoor event with lots of walking, so dress accordingly with appropriate footwear. Registration required.
